Biography:
Dennis Kaydanov is a Long Island based trumpeter, composer, and arranger with a obtaining his BFA in Music Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Production from Long Island University Post. Dennis has been playing the trumpet since the 3rd grade when his trumpet was half the size of his body. He has performed at the Tilles Center as a member of the Long Island University Band festival with guest conductors Randall Standridge and Brian Balmages. Currently Dennis is working on his Capstone album which will be an artistic representation of his life up until this point.
Aside from his pursuits in music, he is a scenic carpenter for the John W. Engeman Theater at Northport. Recent credits include: Jersey Boys, Come From Away, A Christmas Carol, Ring of Fire, and The Bodyguard. As if that wasn’t enough, Dennis fixes helicopters as a member of the New York Army National Guard where he has deployed to Iraq and Kuwait as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.
